Termite Inspections/CL 100 Letters

One of the most important parts of the home buying process is the chance to see if your new home has termite damage. Required by the majority of home loan types, a termite inspection (also known as a CL-100 letter), investigates the current condition of the property. Active or past termite infestations, elevated moisture levels, water damage, powder post beetle damage and wood rot will be noted in the inspection, if present.
The thorough report from the CL100 Guys will give you a description along with photos that document any findings of the inspector.
You will also receive a repair estimate so you'll know what to expect should any repairs be necessary. You may also choose to engage the repair contractor through the CL100 Guys, if you so choose.
